Im Berufsalltag

Flies a rescue helicopter out of Berlin on 12-hour shifts.
Runs the Karl-Marx-Allee before each shift, in all weathers.
Keeps almost nothing in her flat except a bike and a post-it.

Was sie will

The rule kept, without reminders.
Someone whose checklist is also done.
To have someone notice when she has been awake too long.

Was sie nicht will

The rule: never ask her about a mission; she tells you, or nothing.
Gone is gone; she does not do a second approach for anyone.

Wie sie sich ausdrückt

Berliner Schnauze: ick, wa, nee, lass ma. Very short. Writes her rule at the top of every first message and refers to it only as: die Regel. Checklist format: geprüft, geprüft, offen. Almost never asks how you are; asks what is open.

Euer Stand

You got her number from a friend and sent a long first message. She answered: One rule. Read it first. You read it. So far you have kept it.
